Fuller was a University of Illinois extension agent with ties to the American & Illinois Societies of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Farm management as a profession took a leap forward during its infancy in the 1920s with the formation of the ISPFMRA & ASFM. Fuller was a founding member and was integral in establishing the high standards followed to this day by its members. In 1998, Jeff Lee assumed ownership of the company and continues to fulfill Frank Fuller’s vision. Lee Realty Group offers comprehensive land services, including farm real estate sales and acquisitions, professional farm management, farmland auctions, and rural appraisals for local, national, and international clients.

Jeff S. Lee

President of Lee Realty Group, Inc.

Jeff has been in the farm real estate business since earning a B.S. in Ag Business from Illinois State University in 1982 and growing up on a farm in McLean County, IL. He received his IL real estate license in 1988 and is the Lee Realty Group Managing Broker. With over 30 years of farm real estate and farmland property management experience, Lee is an expert in the farm real estate business. After college 6 years included farm property management with two Central IL bank trust departments. Over the length of his career, he has managed more than 30,000 acres in Central Illinois based out of the Springfield, Decatur, and now Bloomington areas.

In January 2001 Jeff formed Lee Realty Group, Inc., a real estate company which specializes in farm real estate sales and acquisitions, land auctions, professional farm management, and rural appraisals in Illinois. He is an active member in the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership McLean County. Jeff is also an active member of the Realtors Land Institute. The RLI is the only national real estate organization of professionals who broker, sell, lease, and manage farmland properties. RLI continues to provide the best and most up to date farm real estate Contract to Purchase Agricultural Land agreement in the industry. He is a native of Central IL having grown up on a seed corn, commercial corn, soybean, and livestock family farm operation in McLean County, IL.

With these experiences, Jeff is very familiar with the farm real estate business in the state of Illinois including the sales, purchase, land auction, the professional management and valuation of Illinois farmland properties.

Lisa is the friendly voice you may hear when contacting Lee Realty by phone or if you stop by the office for a visit. She has a B.S. from Illinois State University. Lisa assists in the support of the professional farm management side of the business working with management clients, farmland owners, the managed farmland operators, and vendors. She maintains computerized financial records, office files, and manages accounts payable for all professionally managed farmland properties the Lee Realty group business. Lisa also provides much logistical support in the area of farm real estate sales from the marketing to the closing process. She previously held an IL real estate and auctioneer license. Lisa is a farmland owner.
